From our gardens to yours: The library will be holding its annual Plant Sale Saturday May 5 on the front lawn of the library from 9:30 to 12:30. Master gardeners will be on hand for questions about planting, and garden books will be for sale. Please join us!

The Friends are raffling off a classic Northeastern painted birdhouse. It is made of long lasting weather resistant western cedar. Additionally, it has a stained and sealed western cedar shingled roof. It is the type of birdhouse a Chickadee, Wren or Nuthatch would find attractive. The front opens for easy cleaning. This adorable birdhouse is on display at the library. Tickets are $1.00 each and the drawing will take place on May 5th at the Friends Book and Plant Sale. All proceeds benefit the Greenfield Public Library.
