  •  Scavenger Hunt through January 2018 at the GPL

    Find 12 books in the teen fiction stacks by their first sentences. Collect 12 clues and win a gift! Clue sheets are available at the teen stacks. When you find the books look inside the front cover for a clue. Write the book title, author and clue on your sheet. Once you’ve solved the clues bring your completed sheet to the circulation desk to claim your prize. (Wait in line!) If any of the 12 books have been checked out, the clue will still be on the shelves where the book belongs.

    Do you love to draw? mix paint? Invent colors? Sarah Ahearn Bellamare, author of Painted Pages, will be on hand to lead an art, color, pattern, paint workshop. Open to all middle school and high school students.

    Join our favorite book maven, Barry McColgan, to discuss John Hersey’s Hiroshima. Copies of Hiroshima are available at the library.

  •  Friends of Greenfield Public Library Book Sale: Saturday, February 3 from 10am-1:30pm

    Join the Friends for a grand book sale featuring plenty of books for your reading and romantic pleasure.  All monies raised by the Friends of Greenfield Library are used to fund programs at the library that are free, and open to the public.
