Aaron Krerowicz will again join us at the GPL, this time through the magic of Zoom, on Monday, October 25 at 7pm to present Shadow Ball: A History of the Negro Leagues.
When Jackie Robinson broke the color barrier in Major League Baseball on 15 April 1947, it marked one of the sport's greatest historical moments. However, it also served as the beginning of the end for the Negro Leagues. This 60-minute multimedia presentation follows the rise and fall of Negro League baseball.
