Join the Greenfield Public Library as we continue with the final virtual Reading for Change event: “Career Development."
This event will focus on local resources for helping you find your calling. There will be short presentations and opportunities to meet in small groups with facilitators from Greenfield Community College as well as several local employment agencies.
The Reading for Change project invites members of the Greenfield community to share the experience of intellectual exploration and community building through reading, discussing and engaging with a common text. This fall we are reading Callings: The Purpose and Passion of Work by Dave Isay, the founder of StoryCorps. Callings is a fascinating, edited, collection of interviews organized around the theme of work, emphasizing “stories of passion, courage, and commitment, following individuals as they pursue the work they were born to do.”

This event, sponsored by Greenfield Community College, the Greenfield Public Library and The Friends of the Greenfield Public Library, is free and open to all.
