Jonathan Shay, nationally known local psychiatrist and author specializing in preventive psychiatry in military organizations and Michael Shiner, leadership consultant and educator, will discuss their forthcoming book, Homer Told the Truth About Leadership. Shay and Shiner expand on the issue of leadership malpractice. Using examples from Homer and our time, they contrast leadership malpractice with effective leadership using Homer as a backdrop illustration.
