Meeting and Study Rooms at GPL

Greenfield Public Library offers rooms for meetings, large and small during the library's open hours.

Study Rooms
We have 3 study rooms on the library's second floor that can be reserved for 2 hour time slots up to 3 times a week. (See our Study Room Policy for details).

• Study Room A, which seats 2
• Study Room B, which seats 4
• Study Room C, which seats 6.

Meeting Rooms

• The Community Meeting Room (maximum capacity 90 people; includes a kitchenette.)
• Conference Room (maximum capacity of 25 people; has Zoom access; some training required for use.)

We ask anyone wishing to reserve one of our Meeting Rooms to check our calendar for availability and read the Meeting Room Policy before submitting a request. Both of these, as well as the Meeting Room Application Form, can be reached from the Meeting Room Policy page.
